We have several trips planned for summer and are
looking for like-minded, adventurous people to join us!
One is a “Go Light” training trip on the world-famous Rogue River in southern Oregon. Lacey and I have teamed with the great folks at Rogue River Journeys to offer a special-theme trip on the Rogue River in southern Oregon. For do-it-yourself river runners, this trip is an introduction to our “Go Light” and “No Coolers” mentality. Supported by our friends at Rogue River Journeys, we will provide valuable insight and demonstrate techniques for making your next trip a logistical breeze.
After the Rogue we are off to Mexico to make at least one run down the amazing rivers of northern Mexico during the tail end of the monsoon season. We have several trips planned, but will likely run only one or two that have the most interest. Please contact us early so we can gauge the level of interest and get a good group together. If you have never thought of whitewater boating in Mexico, check out the many posts on Lacey’s No Coolers Blog and our Trip Reports page! Unlike the Rogue, these will be cost-shared, exploratory expeditions where trip participants must be experienced, capable of self-support, and willing to do what needs done to make it down, even if it involves a strenuous portage!
